Description: The Loar LH440 Round Hole Archtop is a guitar based on the early Gibson round hole. These guitars had no cutaway and had a fuller sound. When the cutaway was introduced the size of the guitar grew to compensate for the smaller chamber created by the area removed for the cutaway.
